Workout to the 80's/90's Music!

Are you an Abba fan, getting walking to the Mamma Mia walking keep fit and see the steps you are doing as you go along! Music  is a great way to turn exercise into a more enjoyable event.  Get your toes tapping to the 80's/90's music and give your body a real workout!   Just join in and only do as much as you are able, especially if you have not exercised for a long time.  Just start off with about 10 minutes and work your way up to the 26 minutes.  You might want to invite some friends and family to exercise with you!
